At Simply Lasers, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality skin products and supplements. To ensure the integrity and safety of our products, we have established the following return policy:

  1. No Exchanges or Replacements: We do not offer exchanges or replacements on skin products and supplements once they have been opened after leaving the premises.
  2. No Account Credits: We do not provide account credits for opened skin products and supplements.
  3. Faulty or Not as Described: If a product is faulty or not as described, please return it to us in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase. We will assess the product and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
  4. Unopened Products: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or account credit, provided the packaging is intact and the product is in resalable condition.
  5. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  6. Consultation Products: Products recommended during consultations are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

At Simply Lasers, we strive to create a relaxing and professional environment for all our clients. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly request the following:

  1. Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to accommodate other clients.
  2. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  3. Personal Belongings: Simply Lasers is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuable items at home.
  4. Mobile Phones: To maintain a serene environment, please silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon entering the clinic.
  5. Health Conditions: Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments that may affect your service. This information helps us to provide safe and effective treatments.
  6. Hygiene: For hygiene and safety reasons, please ensure that the treatment area is clean before your appointment.
  7. Courtesy: Respect the privacy and comfort of other clients by maintaining a quiet and considerate demeanor while in the clinic.
